Retainers

 

All client bookings (new or existing) will require a Card to be left on file in order to book an appointment

All new Client bookings will require a $50-$100 appointment Retainer in order to secure an appointment. The retainer will go towards the service total on the date of the appointment 

​

Retainer is Transferable if appointment is rescheduled within 48 hrs 0f original date

​

Retainer is NON Refundable if appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of original date/time

​

Cancellations

 

Please inform me if you are running 15 or more minutes late. Your appointment might be cancelled or adjusted for the allotted time​

​

No Shows and Cancellations made less than 48 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.​

Refunds

​

I do not offer Refunds. Please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment and I will gladly make any adjustments possible  (within the scope of the original service) These services are free of charge, but do not include a blow-dry/style service.

Any adjustment requests made after 72 hrs. will be charged accordingly.

Full Balayage/highlight services Cannot be booked  later than 3:30pm (unless otherwise scheduled by me) These services usually require 4+ hours to complete. The latest booking for this service is 3:30pm

​

Other services (toner, root color only, haircut) can be booked at or after 3:30pm

​

New Clients must request an appointment before booking online 

​

I do not offer services on Black dyed hair (box color or salon color)
